Services are now back online, we will monitor for a few minutes.
We've initiated a server reboot after the previous incident just to ensure everything has been resolved, at this stage the machine has failed to come back online - we are investigating the issue and should have services restored shortly.
We've been monitoring this issue over the past few hours, the machine has become completely unresponsive and we are awaiting the team in the DC to do a manual hard reboot of the machine, after which they will then investigate to see what caused it to stop responding.
The Game Panel is now fully operational, and we will be monitoring it's performance over the next 15 minutes.
We are currently performing a security update on our Game Panel. Customers may experience some issues when visiting the Game Panel. There shouldn't be any issues connecting to your Game Server, on the basis that it is online already. The update shouldn't take too long.
